Question 1

What product details can I manage?

Accepted Answer

You can add or edit a product name, an optional description, and an optional current price in your Cartclasp catalog.

Question 2

What happens when I save a competitor URL?

Accepted Answer

Cartclasp saves the URL as a link on your product. It does not fetch the page, so saving a link does not collect competitor prices or stock information.

Question 3

How do minimum and maximum price guardrails work?

Accepted Answer

You set a minimum price, a maximum price, or both for each product. Cartclasp stores these retailer-defined limits with the product; they do not change your shop price.

Question 4

Are live monitoring, automatic price updates, or daily reports available?

Accepted Answer

No. Live competitor monitoring, automatic shop price updates, and daily report delivery are unavailable until supported connections exist.

Question 5

Does Cartclasp simulate competitor observations or shop price changes?

Accepted Answer

No. Cartclasp does not simulate competitor observations or shop price changes. Saved competitor URLs remain links, and your shop prices are not automatically changed.
